Thank you to Dana Jones, Janis Smith, Jillian
Robinson and Stephanie Salavejus for all their hard work and
dedication to maintaining our 2 mile stretch of Interstate 199.

Animal Aid Society
The chapter collected food, toys, cleaning supplies, office supplies
and gift cards at each of our meetings in 2010 for the Hampton, VA
Animal Aid Society. The Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference
elected Animal Aid Society at the charity for 2010-2011 and asked
all local APA chapters to join in collecting necessary items for the
shelter. CCC collected $285.00 cash and over 50 lbs of items
for the shelter.

September 10th, 2009 Grove Christian Outreach

T he
Back-to-School event is an annual event put on by the Grove Christian
Outreach Center. It is to help
bless the kids as they journey back to school. This can be a very difficult
time in a parent's life if they do not have the means to provide
school-mandated school supplies. The GCOC tries to alleviate this burden
facing our families by throwing a festival-like event where the prizes for
the games are much needed school supplies.
